This stunning 28-foot by 20-foot deck is built to last and designed for both function and beauty. Constructed with a 2x6 treated pine frame and 16" on-center spacing, the foundation is solid, supported by doubled 2x10 treated pine beams and 4x6 treated pine posts set 42 inches below grade on 10-inch synthetic footings. The deck features Timbertech Legacy Tigerwood composite decking, installed using Timbertech’s Conceal-loc hidden fasteners for a sleek, seamless look. The boards are laid perpendicular to the house, with a two-board picture frame border in Legacy Mocha that adds an extra touch of sophistication.

To complement the decking, 8-inch Timbertech Legacy Mocha capped composite fascia was used around the perimeter, face-screwed with color-matched composite screws for a clean, cohesive finish. Vertical skirting with an animal barrier, backed by chicken wire and dug into the ground, ensures durability while preventing unwanted penetration. The Timbertech Drinkrail and White Premier Sleeves, Caps, and Skirts provide functional yet stylish railings, paired with Timbertech White composite balusters for a crisp, modern look. The top cap in Legacy Mocha finishes off the railing with an elegant touch.
